I have literally held this photo series in my minds eye for nearly three years. I've wanted to photograph freshly fallen snow, in the morning light at Larz Anderson Park specifically. But we haven't seen snow in Boston for over two years. It snows from time to time, but usually turns to rain and disappears fast. Most people would consider this a good thing. It's been driving me crazy. Every time a forecast for snow was made, I'd get my hopes up. Invariably it would fall to the north of us, or the south of us. Or it would start snowing after dark and turn to rain by morning. So today was the day. Finally. Check that box.
